Windows in a building are a critical point: responsible for 25% of the building's heat loss, they need to be properly insulated to achieve good thermal and acoustic performance of the building envelope. In particular, the lower side is a critical point for insulating the window opening closure system, which needs to be addressed to avoid thermal bridges.

To ensure maximum sealing between the interior and exterior, and therefore the highest level of comfort and energy savings at home, we have developed a series of insulated under sills to complement the monobloc. Teko under sills maintain thermal insulation, maximizing the performance of the window, and can provide up to 10 degrees better internal surface temperature compared to traditional solutions.

Teko under sills are designed in different versions, depending on the type of masonry and for all window positions.
